How do I set up an account?
Please fill out the price inquiry form on our website. We typically review your application within 2-4 hours on weekdays. We only supply qualified wholesalers, retailers, and food service businesses.
How do I order?
If you’ve set up a wholesale account with us, we’re happy to take your order in any one of the following ways:
1. Online (fastest and most accurate)
Simply log in and place your order. You’ll be able to see what products are on promotion, their case quantities, and their current pricing. Our website displays images of each product, their attributes, ingredients, and for most products, their nutrition facts.
2. Phone
Give us a call and our team will be happy to enter your order manually. We recommend this option when you have questions before listing a new product.
3. Email
We can manually enter orders sent to us by email. Including item numbers and line totals is the best way to ensure correct item and quantity entry.
How do find out about new products and promotions?
We communicate this information in our weekly email newsletters.
If you haven’t been receiving them, chances are one of the following events have occurred:
1. Emails have been suppressed because you haven’t opened our emails in a while.
To start receiving emails again, simply open the last few newsletters you received and click a few links inside.
2. Our emails are going to your junk or spam folder.
To start receiving emails into your inbox again, click on any newsletter and mark the sender as “safe” and/or “not junk”.
3. You’ve previously unsubscribed from our newsletters.
To resolve this, you’ll need to open any previous newsletter, scroll to the bottom, click “manage preferences” and change your subscription settings.

How do I track my order?
We automatically send email updates about your order, including a courier tracking number. If you aren’t receiving these emails, please check your email spam folder. If you still aren’t receiving emails, it’s possible that you may have unsubscribed from receiving email communications from us. Please Contact Us to get your email subscription preferences changed.

Yes, we are a B2B、B2C wholesale retailer supplying qualified retailers and foodservice businesses and individuals.
Where can I buy your products?
For retail purchases, you can buy directly online. For bulk transactions, please contact a customer service representative and have an account manager follow up with you.

What types of stores do you service?
We serve over 1,000 independent retail stores worldwide. Most of our retailers are health food grocery stores. In addition, we also serve bakeries, weight loss/nutrition supplement stores, independent grocery stores, large supermarkets with health food sections, food and beverage manufacturers, natural medicine/health product stores, and pharmaceutical companies.
Do you have your own trucks?
Most of our shipments are sent out on-demand via third-party couriers.
